PG-RP Rules & Guidelines
Upon joining Present Generation Roleplay (PG-RP) you agree to follow all of the stated rules below, you also agree that you are in control of your actions and your PC, if you are caught breaking any of Present Generation Roleplay's rules, we have the right to deny our service to you at any point in time. Special advantages such as being a donator to the server does not make you immune to punishments such as bans or kicks, it also does not give you an advantage over others if you are appealing for a ban appeal.

1.1 Being In-Character (IC) is a standard to be followed at all times, a staff member authorization to stay Out Of Chraracter (OOC) is an exception.
1.2 Incase you've been prisoned for a false reason, contact the admin who put your jail in execution through private message (PM) in respectful manner. If you fail to solve the issue In-Game, take it to the forums in the section "Report an Admin"
1.3 Regarding rule 1.2, if you're falsely banned, take your ban appeal on the forums and refrain from spamming the staff.
1.4 If you get banned, do not make a new account to continue playing. This is considered ban evading, and this results in a permanent IP ban regardless if the original ban was rightful or not.
1.5 Account sharing of anykind is strictly forbidden, more in Account Rules.
1.6 Trolling is strictly forbidden. The definition of trolling we use is behaviour that is meant to intentionally anger another player or attempting to ruin someone's roleplay scenes. You'll end up permanently banned sooner or later.
1.7 You need to have a roleplay name, ex. John_Doe, any unrealistic names will be asked to namechange.
1.8 Anykind of advertising of other communities is prohibited and will lead in a permanent ban.
2. Roleplay Scenes
2.1 You may never go Away From Keyboard (AFK) during a roleplay scene, undless you're authorized by a staff member.
2.2 Roleplaying anykind and all injuries is a must.
2.3 Avoiding to roleplay is strictly forbidden in any cases.
2.4 All of your In-Character actions have to be properly roleplayed using /do and /me.
2.5 Deathmatching (DM) is strictly forbidden, and in repeated actions, you will most likely end up being banned.
2.6 Healing yourself during a roleplay scene has to be roleplayed at all times, else this will be considered to be non-rp.
2.7 Usage of drugs during a shooting scene is not allowed.
2.8 Ignoring a roleplaying player will result in a admin prison for refusal to roleplay.
2.9 Do not Mix OOC & IC.
2.10 No asking In-Character things in OOC Chats.
2.11 Incase you're using Teamspeak or any other voicechat-programs for your roleplay scenes, it has to be Present Generation Roleplay's Teamspeak in a designated channel for IC communication.
2.12 Emoticons or acronyms is prohibited from using in IC chats. (Ex. LOL, LMAO, etc..)
2.13 You always need to have /me and /do commants involved during roleplay.
2.14 No forcing others to start a roleplay scene.
2.15 All unrealistic actions that you can't fulfill IRL are forbidden.
2.16 Revenge Killing is forbidden, you've lost 30 minutes of your memory from the last scene at all times you die.
2.17 Car Parking is strictly forbidden, meaning you cannot park your vehicle ontop of someone to kill them.
2.18 Ninja-jacking is prohibited, meaning you cannot throw someone out of their vehicle without proper roleplay involved and chanse of counter-roleplay.
2.19 Changing skin has to be roleplayed always, else it'll be considered powergaming and you'll end up being jailed, warned or if repeated, banned.
2.20 Always roleplay when you take out heavy weapons (Ex. AK47, Uzi, M4, etc..) or put back your weapon or place it anywhere else.4. Gameplay
4.1 Taking advantage of San Andreas bugs & glitches is strictly forbidden and punishable. This Includes "C-Bugging/C-Sliding".
4.2 Abuse of bugs or abuse of server exploits is strictly forbidden.
4.3 Bunny hopping (jumping to move faster) is strictly forbidden.
4.4 Jumping from high places has to be roleplayed at all times.
4.5 Dieing has to be roleplayed at all times, also attempt to call help.
4.6 Tapping the UP ARROW to move faster with a motorcycle in any situation is strictly prohibited.
4.7 Jumping out of moving vehicle has to be roleplayed at all times.
4.8 Do not abuse /report, /newb, /am and/or /requesthelp.
4.9 Car surffing is prohibited, you can only surf by roleplaying being on a BICYCLE or on the back of a pickup truck.
4.10 Respect staff at all times.
4.11 Use common sense.5. Language & Chat
5.1 No foreign languages are allowed to speak on public, IC or OOC chats, there is an exception with single words or common phrases (in use of roleplay), else is forbidden.
5.2 Do not use offensive language in OOC chats, including discrimination of other members including religious or political beliefs and sexual orientation and ethnic origins.
5.3 Do not spam in any chat and don't spam commands.
5.4 Do not advertise in character things in out of character chats.6. Cheating & Modding
6.1 Any type of cheating/hacking is forbidden, and you will be automatically IP banned.
6.2 Do not use CLEO modifications.7. Rape
7.1 Since rape is a sensitive topic, is psychotic and has no positive outcome for both parties, rape is for those reasons punishable. This rule will only go out of effect if both sides of the party agree to the RP.8. Refunds
15.1 If you do lose items due to a bug, unjustified ban, or inactivity(If you were inactive and lost a property but another players owns it, you will not receive it back) you may post a refund in the listed forum section. You also need a proof with it, screenshot is an example.
